Nothing Is Stronger Than Habit

For at least the past four years now I have sat down during the week and put together what I can only hope has been a useful and informative newsletter for everyone that is on the Personal Best Triathlon mailing list to read. This is going to be a hard habit to break and thus here I am still doing it!
I want to take this opportunity to thank all of those that could make it last Sunday for a few drinks and to celebrate what we have created over the past four years. Thanks to all those that also sent through messages and emails over the past few weeks as well. It isn't until you read through all of them and talk to everyone that you realize what you have created. What was perhaps just as exciting and humbling was to read the string of emails leading up to the event and also the day after with everyone planning training sessions to start the next chapter.
But what does this next chapter involve? Well to be honest I don't know myself yet and I know a lot of people are in a similar situation to me. I am a big believer of consistency and with that comes habit. It has been a habit of mine to train and coach for a long time now and I have gone and thrown all of that into disarray. What do I do with all of the time I spent coaching and everything that went hand in hand with running a small business?I might not be 100% on the next step in this process but a fair proportion of that time is going to be directed towards growing the business of Nicholas Hull -Professional Triathlete-

One thing I know I will be continuing is the triathlon writing. While this won't be in the form of this weekly newsletter, it is still something people can subscribe to and follow. I really enjoy writing the race reports and blogs that I have been posting at www.nichohlashull.com.au and plan to continue to do this as regularly as I can.

For everyone that wants to keep reading about my triathlon adventures make sure you jump on to my website and subscribe there. I'm hoping that having a subscription option and building a new mailing list will eliminate the issues that left a lot of people not getting the newsletter for one reason or another.
